Disable form

Introduction

Formcrafts offers several ways to disable your from. These can be configured under Settings → General. The following options are available:

Disable the form

This setting disables the form immediately. When the form is disabled, it will not be accessible to anyone. You can still access and submit the form in preview mode.

Disable multiple responses

This setting prevents the same user from submitting the form multiple times. Note that this setting uses cookies to track the user, so it may not work if the user clears their cookies, or if they use a different device or browser.

Disable by date

This setting disables the form after a certain date. You can set the date when the form should be disabled. The form will be disabled at 12:00 AM on the specified date.

Disable by response count

This setting disables the form after a certain number of responses. You can set the number of responses after which the form should be disabled. The form will be disabled after the specified number of responses have been received.
