How to Integrate MailChimp with FormCrafts

Our MailChimp integration allows you to automatically add subscribers to your MailChimp list when the form is submitted.

Step 1: Make a Simple Form

Create a new form, and add an email field, and two one-line text fields. Make the email field compulsory. Label the text fields as First Name, and Last Name Now add a Checkbox field, and set the label to Subscribe, and, under the Options tab, Options List to 1=Yep, sign me up for the newsletter MailChimp Form

Step 2: Enable MailChimp

Go to Add-Ons -> Email Marketing, and click on the enable button next to MailChimp. This will open the MailChimp login screen in a new window. Once you successfully log in, you will be redirected to FormCrafts, and will see the success message. Now you can close this window, and go back to our form builder.

Step 3: Map the Fields

Go back to Add-Ons -> Email MarketingThe Integrations tab should look like this MailChimp Options We are now ready to map the fields between FormCrafts and MailChimp.
  1. Select a MailChimp list from the dropdown
  2. Select a FormCrafts field (say, Email)
  3. Select the corresponding MailChimp field (say, Email Address)
Now click on Add. Simple, isn't it? Now add two more rows, mapping the First Name and Last Name to their corresponding columns in the MailChimp list. MailChimp Mapping That's it. Now save the form, click on Live Preview, and fill it out!
