Conditional fields
This form template uses conditional logic to show some fields dynamically. If the customer selects their request priority as High we show them an option asking if they would like to schedule a call to discuss this further.
Sharing the request form
There are several ways you can share the feature request form with your customers.

You can create a customized unique form link, like company.formcrafts.com/feature-request. Your customers would be able to request features here.
- Advanced embed:

Is there a way to auto-fill the customer information into the form, instead of asking them for account email?
Yes, this is possible using a combination of hidden field and form prefill. If you are embedding the form in your app you must already know the customer's email. You can then use prefill to populate a hidden field with that information.
