Conditional fields

The support form is highly adaptive to user input, thanks to its use of extensive conditional logic. The form shows the correct set of fields for each issue type. Some issue types (example bug report) can then have further nested dependent fields.

Field analytics offer valuable insights about form interactions. For example we could run a field analysis on the software version field, relating to bug repots and use that to determine if certain software versions face more issues than others. This information can help drive better product decisions.
