NPS field
Description
The NPS field is used to collect Net Promoter Score ratings from users. The NPS field is a single-choice field that allows users to rate a product or service on a scale of 0 to 10.
NPS analysis
The NPS field offers detailed insights into the Net Promoter Score ratings collected from users. The NPS analysis report can be accessed via Analytics → Field analytics.
In the timeseries mode the NPS analysis will show the NPS category breakdown (the share of promoters, passives, and detractors) and how its distribution changes over time. It will also show the calculated NPS score and how it changes over time.
In non-timeseries mode the NPS analysis will show the NPS score breakdown (for each point ranging from 0 - 10) for the entire time period.
Styling
Multi-column layout: Use the layout setting under the General tab to display the field in a multi-column layout.
Hide label: Check the Hide label from view setting under the General tab to hide the label from view.
Configuration
- Left / Right labels: This setting allows you to set the labels for the left and right sides of the NPS field. You can customize the labels to match your brand or use the default labels.
