Multi-step survey layout
This survey uses a 4-step layout - each step covering a different aspect of usability:
- General impressions: Get first impressions by asking questions around design, navigation, etc ...
- Content and information: Understand the quality and effectiveness of website content by asking about relevance, comprehensiveness, helpfulness, and clarity.

Partial survey responses
By enabling partial responses you will be able to collect and analyze data from unfinished form responses. This gives you a larger pool to data to analyze. If you form asks for personal information you can choose to make partial submissions anonymized, meaning personal data is only recorded on form submit.
Survey analysis
Field analytics show clear insights into user feedback and highlight areas for improvement. For example, you can run an analysis on the "How easy was it to find specific information?" field to gauge the effectiveness of a site navigation re-design.
