Multi-step layout

Application forms can often be long, and a multi-step layout like this one is highly recommended. This template has the following steps:

1. Welcome Page: Cover page of the form with the institute logo, and some form instructions
2. Personal Information: Collect personal and contact information about the applicant
3. Academic Background: Questions to better understand the previous education of the applicant
4. Language Proficiency: Ask the applicant about their proficiency in English, and show other optional fields based on their answer
5. Financial Information: Questions around scholarship
6. Emergency Contact: Contact information about the local emergency contact
7. Confirmation: A page with a summary of the application, and a confirmation checkbox

Auto-save progress

This template would automatically save the applicant's progress as they fill out the application - this includes information in all fields, the current page they were on, and even the uploaded files. This allows them to resume the form at any time.

Document uploads

You can add one or more file upload fields on this application template to allow applicants to upload specific documents, such as reference letters, transcripts, proof of accommodation, student visa, etc ...

Form engagement report

The form engagement analysis helps admission officers and institutions see where applicants spend most time in the form and where they drop off. This lets them adjust the form for better completion. Example, are students often dropping off when asked about language proficiency?
