How does your pricing compare to other form builders?

Formcrafts offers competitive pricing on all tiers. Our pricing plans, almost universally, offer more for less when compared to Typeform, Jotform, and others.

Can I try the premium features?

Yes, all new accounts are on the trial plan for the first 21 days, which gives them access to premium integrations and other paid features. Once the trial period is over users are reverted back to the free plan.

Is there a lock-in?

There is no lock-in on any of the above plans. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time.

Are the forms secure?

Yes, we offer a high-grade SSL encryption on all forms, across all plans. We also use encryption at rest for all form submissions. Learn more about security practices at Formcrafts.

Can I add team users to my account?

Yes, some of the plans above allow you to add free users to your account. Above the plan limits you can add more users for $10 / per month, per user on non-Salesforce plans.

Is my bill prorated?

Yes. You can switch your plans any time during your billing cycle. All changes are prorated. This is also applicable to additional user accounts. You only pay for what you use.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

We offer discounts for non-profits registered anywhere in the world. Our discount plans for non-profits are based on a custom quote, so please contact us with information about your organization to see if you qualify.
