This application has a welcome page and 5 sections to collect the required information. Multi-section layout allows us to create a comprehensive, yet manageable application form. The sections here are:
- Welcome page: An introduction to the grant program, organization name, estimated time to complete, and an overview of application steps. Optionally add current processing time, deadline, tips, review criteria, or links to external resources.
- Applicant information: Collect personal and contact information about the applicant, and the organization the grant is for.
- Project overview: Under the project with questions about summary, goals, projections, and timeline.
- Budget & funding: Questions to understand the scope and budget of the project. Additional questions surrounding grant amount requested, justification, and open-ended supporting document uploads.
