Be sure to have your Server ID available
The Server ID can be located on your invoice, near the top of page 2. It is also often the last five digits of the Admin Portal Username. If you still need assistance locating your Server ID, please contact NetFortris Customer Success at email@example.com or 877-366-2548, option 2.
NOTE: If you are on our Comm-unity platform, all licenses must be unassigned via the Admin Portal before the Return or Reduction can be completed.
If reducing user license, include Ext#, local TN and phone/MAC.
