Instructions

Select your keyboard model, layout, and enter the part number.
If the model isn't listed, we no longer have keycaps for it.
Tell us which keycaps you need (free of charge, maximum 10, only one keycap of the same kind per order.)
Enter your payment and shipping information, and pay $14.99 USD for shipping.
If we do not have the requested keycaps in stock, we will refund the shipping charge.

Please note: If you purchased your product within the past 60 days and something has gone wrong, or your issue impacts more than 10 keycaps on your keyboard, please contact Customer Support before purchasing - we will replace your item(s) under warranty.

Located on the sticker under the keyboard, labelled as S/N

Disclaimer

Keycaps will ship within 1-2 business days.
Corsair cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
If we cannot fulfill your key cap request, a refund will be issued to the same credit card that was charged.
You may be responsible for any international customs duty payments required from your country to receive the shipment.
If we do not have your specific regional keycap in stock, we will send you a North American or UK keycap instead.
In certain instances, replacement keycaps might be slightly different in the tactility, material and fonts used, but they will fit and work for your keyboard.
You may request up to 10 different keycaps, but only one identical keycap per order.
