The store will need to have product on site for us to test and start up the machine.

For clamshell grills, the store will need to provide:
• product and smallwares must be provided by the location and available
• spatula, scraper, meat tray, and pyrometer kit along with grill cleaner, high temp pad and holder at a minimum
• 10:1 & fresh beef
For shake/soft serve combination machines, the store will need to provide:
• 2 cases of ice cream product
• A minimum of 1 bag of each shake syrup (choc/vanilla/strawberry/optional 4th flavor)
• 1 sleeve of medium cups for calibration

All requirements must be completed two weeks prior to the install date. If the requirements are not completed by the two week deadline, we will reschedule the install to our next available service date.
I understand that all preparations must be ready when the equipment is installed or I will be charged for a return trip.
Product and smallwares must be provided by the store and ready testing/start-up the for the installation. Please make sure your product is prepped and ready beforehand.

Blodgett Combi Oven(s)
The General Contractor or KES installer will put the Blodgett Combi oven(s) in place and connect water, drain, and necessary backflows.
For the Blodgett Combi oven(s), 2 water lines to the unit need to be connected and labeled. 1 must come from the RO system and the other is from filtered.
Clamshell Grill(s)
Product and smallwares must be provided by the location and available. Spatula, scraper, meat tray, and pyrometer kit along with grill cleaner, high temp pad and holder at a minimum.
We will need a working 3 compartment sink to clean the grill and grease traps when finished.
General
Electrical to ALL units must be completed and corresponding breaker panels labeled.
All requirements must be completed 48 hours prior to the installation date. If the requirements are not completed by the 48 hour deadline, we will reschedule the install to our next available service date.
I understand that if the start up is delayed requiring a technician to wait or it can not be completed requiring a return trip, I will be charged for time waiting and/or the return trip.
