US Return Policy

Unopened and unused items:
  • All items must be unopened, and unused and vacuum sealed or plastic wrapped.
  • $25 Return processing fee will be applied.
Undamaged, opened items:
  • May be returned within 30 days of receipt for partial refund.
  • Item will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price.
  • $25 Return shipping fee will be applied.
Damaged in shipping or defective:
  • Full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt.
  • Shipping cost to send replacement item included.
All refunds issued after item is received, processed, & inspected

International Return Policy
