In general, the front end of your booking engine should match the Synxis booking engine. Please compare the content to your SynXis page (using https://be.synxis.com/?hotel=CODEHERE format) and confirm there is a discrepancy, before moving forward with a troubleshooting request.
If you see the same issue on be.synxis, please check your Synxis settings.

Note: AZDS can update the bulleted text that appear on step 2 and step 3 of the booking engine. Please be as specific as possible, and if a new bullet addition is requested, please specify the preferred placement/order of the new item.
Although AZDS can update the text, any relevant rate or fee changes need to be configured by revenue management within Synxis.
