You MUST have a scannable U.S. Driver’s License or Passport to sign up for the Kart Pass App.
ID Scanning Tips:
NOTE: If the barcode on your driver's license is extremely worn or scratched, it may NOT be scannable.
If your ID is in great shape and you still need help, describe your issue below and submit this request to our Support Team.
TIP: In most states you can order a replacement license online, to be mailed quickly to your home for less than $25.

Here are some things to consider when buying passes for your team:
If you don't see a particular pit pass available for a team member, it may mean that they already have a pass for that day. Each person can only have one pit pass for any given day of an event

Minor passes are purchased separately from individual or team purchases.

Editing the Minor's Information:
Navigate to My Minors in the app menu.
You can also remove the minor from this screen by tapping "Remove."
Editing the Second Parent's Information:
NOTE: If Parent #2 has a Kart Pass App account, you CANNOT edit their info.
Trouble Signing the Waiver:
Did Not Receive the Waiver Link
The minor waiver link is sent via email and text to BOTH Parents (if the minor is required to sign). Check your text messages, and check your Spam folder if you don't see it in your email inbox.
The Parent #2 waiver link is sent via email and text to Parent #2. If the message was sent to an incorrect phone number, have Parent #2 check their email inbox, including their Spam folder. If it was sent to an incorrect email address, they should have the text message.
If Parent #2 doesn't have the waiver link in their texts or emails, let us know!
If you purchased a pass intended for someone else or purchased the wrong pass, let us know!

Am I eligible for a refund?
Check out the link above to see if you're eligible for a refund. If so, contact the Event Promoter as they must approve refund requests. You can typically find Promoter contact info in the Track, Series or Event FAQs in the Kart Pass App.

Shared Email Addresses
If you share an email address with someone else, you will need to create your own email address if the person you share it with has already signed up for a Kart Pass account.
TIP: You can do this for free with Gmail or any other email provider.

Resetting your Password is EASY, but you WILL need access to the mobile number associated with your Kart Pass account.
Kart Pass CANNOT reset your password for you or see your password.
Your Phone Number Changed
If you're having trouble accessing your account because your phone number changed, please select "Yes" below and include your previous phone number when describing your issue.
You did NOT Receive a Verification Code
You can check your phone number, edit it if necessary, and then try resending the code.
If you've tried resending, know your phone number is correct, but still haven't received the code within 60 seconds, select "Yes" below so our Support Team can help.
If you're unable to reset your password, please select "Yes" below so our Support Team can help.
