We are launching a new hub to share innovative evaluation tools and gather your feedback.
Culture Counts Labs is our playground for developing and sharing new tools that extend the capabilities of the Culture Counts Evaluation Platform. As a 'labs' program, it's where we test new ideas and get valuable feedback from users before potentially integrating them into our core platform.
Labs tools are designed to enhance your experience with the Culture Counts Evaluation Platform, giving you fresh ways to extract insights from your survey data. It's important to know that we'll iterate and change these tools over time based on your feedback—they aren't guaranteed to be permanent—but we think they'll be brilliant, and we're excited to share and build them with you!

Terms and Conditions

Using Culture Counts Labs may lead to survey data you have collected being shared with third-parties for processing. This is standard in tools like this, but we want to be transparent about how your data might be used because it represents an alteration to the existing Terms & Conditions provided as part of the Culture Counts Evaluation Platform.
  • To deliver AI-powered analysis, we may share your data with the third-parties OpenAI and Anthropic for processing. We may add or remove third-parties at a later date, but will let you know if we do. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Your data remains yours - it won't be used to train these AI systems and is not kept by them after processing, beyond their standard terms. We are not operating these tools on a zero-retention policy agreement with these service providers.
  • We will do our best to ensure no personal data is unintentionally shared with these service providers, but this may happen inadvertently where data has been collected outside of our recommended patterns (for example, asking respondents for their home address in a free-text survey question).
  • By using the Labs tools, you confirm that survey data you collect and process with the Culture Counts Evaluation Platform is in accordance with the appropriate legal frameworks you are bound by, including our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
  • You accept responsibility for ensuring you have the necessary permissions to process this data as described here.
Culture Counts Labs will continuously evaluate and evolve its offerings, based on user feedback and activity. Access to the Labs tools and the tools themselves may be removed or altered at our discretion.
