*** Please read carefully before filing a claim ***
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned for a refund, with some exceptions:
  1. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  3. Items must be in new condition
  4. Items must be in their original packaging.
  5. Items must not have been assembled, installed, or modified in any way.
  6. We do not accept returns for custom-painted wheels, special orders, or 3-piece wheels.
  7. Any return without a Return Authorization (RA) number will be refused.
  8. The RA number must be clearly printed on each package of the returned order.
  9. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  10. AudioCityUSA is not liable for any third-party labor fees for installing, mounting, or rebalancing your wheels and tires.

How to Receive Your Refund:

Step 1: File a claim by filling out the form below.
Step 2: You will receive your Return Authorization (RA) form and return label within 1-3 business days.
Step 3: Ship the item back to us, securely attaching both the RA form and the return label to each package.
Step 4: Receive your refund within 48 hours of us receiving the returned goods.

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you haven't received your product, please complete the form below and one of our team members will reach out to you shortly.
Note:
Couriers occasionally leave items in hidden locations to prevent them from being stolen or damaged by weather.
Please take a look around and ask your neighbors, roommates, or family members to make sure that the package was not left somewhere close by.

  1. The products are received in their original packaging.
  2. The products have not been assembled, installed, or modified in any way.
Products that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for a free replacement.
