Commander wealth represents the total credit value of your Commander's assets (credits and the credit value of all owned ships and modules). 
If you own a Fleet Carrier, you will need to decommission this before we can complete your request.
In-game customisations are items such as paint jobs, bobble heads, ship kits and all other items purchasable with Arx. They will be added to any customisation already available to the PC account (if any). These will not be removed from your console account and will be available on both platforms once the request is complete.

Does the account you are transferring from contain a Fleet Carrier?
Fleet Carriers will need to be decommissioned before a wealth transfer can be completed. Please initiate and complete the decommission process before submitting your transfer request.
Wealth and/or customisation transfers can only be done once and once completed no further transfers can be made for either account.
This does not transfer your game.
This will not move your copy of Elite Dangerous to another platform.
You must already own the game (and have created a Commander) on both platforms prior to moving any credits and/or customisations.
Your original Commander will be deleted - after receiving final confirmation, your original Commander will be removed and cannot be restored.
Copied customisations will remain on the account you have transferred away from and will be available to your PC Commander and any new Commanders created on the console account.
All transfer requests must be sent from the email or Frontier account associated with the original Commander.
