Indien blijkt dat een storing niet onder de garantie valt, worden de volgende kosten in rekening gebracht:
Uurtarief service €65.- per uur (minimaal 1 werkuur)
Voorrijkosten NL:
Afstand 0-25 km: € 75.-
Afstand 26-50 km: € 130.-
Afstand 51-99 km: € 195.-
Afstand >100 km: € 295.-
(*Afstand geldt vanaf Kootstertille, enkele reis)
Overige voorrijkosten:
Reiskosten België: € 200.- [Met lokale partner, vanuit Nederland gecoördineerd]
Reiskosten Luxembourg: € 250.- [Met lokale partner, vanuit Nederland gecoördineerd]
Storingen die niet onder garantie vallen zijn:
Verstreken garantietermijn (Biddle = 5 jaar garantie na levering)
Verstreken garantietermijn (Thermoscreens = 2 jaar garantie na levering)
Reparaties, modificaties e.d. door derden zonder schriftelijke toestemming van Biddle
Bedienfouten
Installatiefouten
Reset maximaalthermostaat
Verder zijn onze algemene voorwaarden van toepassing.
Conditions
If it appears that a malfunction is not covered by the warranty, the following costs will be charged:
Service rate €65.- per hour (minimum 1 hour)
Travel conditions NL:
Distance 0-25 km: €75.-
Distance 26-50 km: €130.-
Distance 51-99 km: €195.-
Distance >100 km: €295.-
(Distance is applicable from Koosterille, one way)
Other travel costs:
Travel costs Belgium: €200. - [With local partner, coordinated from the Netherlands]
Travel costs Luxembourg: €250. - [With local partner, coordinated from the Netherlands]
Malfunctions not covered by the warranty are:
Expired warranty period (Biddle = 5 years warranty after delivery)
Expired warranty period (Thermoscreens = 2 years warranty after delivery)
Repairs, modifications, etc. by third parties without written consent from Biddle
Operator errors
Installation errors
Reset maximum thermostat
