Has your order been shipped?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders after they have been shipped.

If you change your mind about your order, please contact us when you receive it and we will assist with our returns process.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please include:

• Photo(s) demonstrating the defect of the item, where possible.

• When you first noticed/experienced the defect with the product.

• Details of what the problem is, and what brings about this problem.

We always try to ensure our customers enjoy a positive shopping experience with us at evercura. Occasionally, you may need to return an item.

For full priced items: We will process a full refund to your original payment method.

For sale items, or where a discount code has been used: Store credit or an e-gift card will be issued.

Returns must be received in the original condition with packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Once received by us, we will process your return in around 5 business days.
