These are my procedures that I need all of my clients to be familiar with as it should clarify expectations during the booking process. 
*Before putting in a tattoo request please review the following information:*
✧BOOKING DETAILS✧
-I book out for two months and only two months to make sure that I account for the unpredictable events of my life AND yours (sick days, rescheduling, etc.) These two months fill up quickly with ongoing projects.
-I still may not have availability after this time and won’t be able to begin new projects or process new requests. 
-This doesn’t mean that I don’t want to tattoo you, it simply means that the time hasn’t freed itself up yet.
-If you have any questions about this process or have time-sensitive availability, please include questions and details of this in your request.

-I will post about cancellations and surprise openings on my Instagram story. Please keep an eye out there if you’d like to get in sooner! (Instagram handle: @azha)

-All requests will be reviewed, however, priority will be given to requests that are in my style. Such as tattoos that you may have seen online or in my portfolio. 
I do this to ensure that you will get the best possible work from me. 
-When I am available to take on new projects I will contact you via text message or email (Please let me know if you have a different preferred method of contact.)

✧RATES✧
-I work by an hourly rate of $200 an hour
-Due to my commute, I require a 2 hour minimum per session.
-Most pieces will take between 3-5 hours per session and can be split up into multiple sessions per piece. 
-I require a non-refundable deposit of $100 to book your appointment.
-Details of the deposit agreement will be down below.

✧DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS✧
✦I require a non-refundable deposit of $200 to schedule an appointment.
✦This amount will be deducted from the cost of your last session. 
✦The deposit is non-refundable. 
✦The date cannot be confirmed until the deposit is received. 
✦Cash payments only will be accepted on the day of your appointment. 

✧RESCHEDULING✧
✦Your deposit will be transferable to another date with at least 7 days of advanced notice of your scheduled appointment.
✦You will have two weeks after your advanced notice to contact me about a date to reschedule, the deposit is only held for that amount of time. 
✦Rescheduling more than twice for an appointment will forfeit the deposit. A new deposit will be required for further booking.
