If your plants look wilted, they might be experiencing what's called Shipping Shock. After spending a few days in a dark box, getting jostled around during shipping, and possibly facing extreme temperatures, it's normal for your tree(s) to appear a bit wilted or dry. Don't worry—this is common. With proper watering, they should bounce back in a few days.

Some trees are naturally more brittle than others. Minor branch damage won't affect the tree's overall growth, and many trees shed lower branches as they grow taller and develop a fuller canopy.

If your package seems to have major damage from shipping, please fill out this form and attach photos of the damage within 48 hours of your tree’s arrival. Be sure to include photos of the entire plant, the plant tag, and the box. This helps our customer care team assist you more effectively.
