We understand you're excited to get your planting projects started! We do our best to ship orders from our nursery within 1-2 business days. If you need to make changes to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Once processing has begun, it may be difficult to make updates or cancellations. And once your order has left our nursery, changes are no longer possible.

This policy ensures the continued health of our plants and safeguards our nursery from any potential exposure to pests or diseases that may occur after plants leave our care.

Please check around the delivery area, including any nearby spots where the package may have been left, and with anyone who might have accepted it on your behalf. Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a bit early, so we ask that you wait 24 hours to see if it arrives. We're really sorry to hear that your plants didn't arrive in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging them, so we understand your frustration. Some trees are naturally more brittle than others. Minor branch damage won't affect the tree's overall growth, and many trees shed lower branches as they grow taller and develop a fuller canopy.
If your package seems to have major damage from shipping, please fill out this form and attach photos of the damage within 48 hours of your tree’s arrival. Be sure to include photos of the entire plant, the plant tag, and the box. This helps our customer care team assist you more effectively.

We're really sorry to hear that your plants didn't arrive in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging them, so we understand your frustration.
If your plants look wilted, they might be experiencing what's called Shipping Shock. After spending a few days in a dark box, getting jostled around during shipping, and possibly facing extreme temperatures, it's normal for your tree(s) to appear a bit wilted or dry. Don't worry—this is common. With proper watering, they should bounce back in a few days.

1-Year Warranty Claim
We’re committed to ensuring that your plants and trees arrive happy and healthy. Our
1-Year Warranty
covers quality issues with your plants. All orders include a 30-Day Guarantee. Some orders may also come with an extended guarantee period. Please check your order invoice to confirm the specific guarantee coverage for your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with the condition of your plants during your guarantee period, simply submit the form below, and our team will review your request. When eligible, we will provide a one-time replacement of any affected items.
Keep in mind that Mother Nature is out of our control! Though we wish we could guarantee the success of every tree and plant, we cannot. Hungry critters, trees planted outside recommended growing zones, neglect, extreme weather damage, drought, disease and poor soil conditions can take their toll. Damage or failure of a tree or plant because of these reasons are not covered under our 1-Year Warranty.
Please note that photos of each plant or tree you’re claiming under the 1-Year Warranty are required to help us process your request accurately.
This 1-Year Warranty covers replacements only, not refunds.
Shipping costs and applicable taxes for replacement items are at the customer’s expense.
Additionally, each item in your order is eligible for a one-time replacement only.

How to Perform a Scratch Test:
Select an Area: Choose a spot on the trunk near the base of the plant for the scratch test.
Use a Coin or Nail: Lightly scratch the selected area with a coin or your nail.
Observe the Color: If the exposed area is white or green, your plant is still alive. This is a positive sign, indicating that the plant may have dropped leaves as a self-pruning measure. New growth is expected soon. If the exposed area appears brown or black, it may indicate potential issues.
