Empeon Trust Void Check Request Form
This form is only required for clients that utilize Empeon's trust account for paychecks and need to void a check. Clients using their own account can void the check in the Pay History section of the employee's profile in Empeon Workforce.

If you are looking to void the check and not reissue it, or reissue the check right away, select the “Void Check” option. Once you get a confirmation that the check has been voided, you can issue the employee a manual check using the Manual Check tool.

I understand that it is the client’s responsibility to verify that all items were enacted as requested, and it is the client’s responsibility to test the accuracy of the calculations resulting directly or indirectly from this request.
In no event will Empeon be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or monetary damages, occurring as a result of this request, whether or not such damages were foreseeable and even if Empeon was advised that such damages were likely or possible.
